Where do you ship from?
All finished lights are shipped from UPS in Panama City Florida. Federal Express can be arranged if time is an issue for additional cost of just the Fed Ex services

How quickly can you ship my order?
In most cases I can ship within 24 hours of ordering, depending on time of day and day of week. Depending on stock at the time of purchase it may be 48 hours.
Are these REAL ostrich eggs?
These are REAL ostrich eggs.
Where do you get them, do you have an ostrich?
I do not have an ostrich. They are legally imported into the US and I purchase them in St. Augustine Florida.
What do you do to them to make them this hard?
They are naturally this hard. I do not treat them or "enhance' them in any way that impacts the hardness of the shell. I do spray them with Krylon clear spray paint to protect them from dirt and oil and to make them easy to clean when necessary, with a damp cloth.
Are these laser carved?
I hand carve the eggs individually with a tool much like a dental drill. It is powered with an air compressor and operates at a speed of 400,000 revolutions per minute. (A Dremel tool operates from 5,000 to 50,000 rpm, averaging 43,000 rpm). The hand piece is about the size of a sharpie marker and has zero vibration.
